The house rules
- 21+ only. Don't buy for or serve anyone under 21.
- Never drink and drive. Sort the ride before the first round: a designated driver, a rideshare, or stay over.
- Pace it. Water between rounds and food on the table.
- Know when to skip it. If you're pregnant, on medication that doesn't mix with alcohol, or about to operate anything heavier than a lime squeezer, sit this one out.
About the electrolytes
NOVA has electrolytes in the recipe because they're part of how it tastes. They don't change how alcohol affects you, and NOVA is not a health or recovery drink. A shot of NOVA is a shot of 80-proof tequila. Treat it like one.
