This site is run by NOVA Spirits LLC, a veteran-owned company in Virginia ("NOVA," "we").

By using this site or joining the list, you confirm you're of legal drinking age (21+) where you live.
Nothing is for sale here
NOVA Tequila isn't on sale yet, and this site doesn't sell or ship alcohol. When NOVA launches it will be sold through licensed stores and bars as the law requires. Launch dates, prices, recipes and places are our current plans and can change, including while we wait on government approvals.
The founding list and its perks
- Joining is free and never requires a purchase.
- Perks (launch alerts, a launch party invite, a vote on a batch name, a name on the founders' wall) have no cash value, can't be transferred, and may change or end.
- Perks never include free alcohol. Events are 21+ with valid ID and follow the venue's rules and the law.
- For the batch-name vote, we pick the finalists and may decide not to use any of them.
What you send us
If you send us ideas, names, photos or posts that tag NOVA, you confirm they're yours to share and let us use and repost them, with credit where we can, without payment. We may use name suggestions without owing anything for them.
Our name and look
The NOVA name, logo, label art and site content belong to NOVA Spirits LLC. Please don't use them in a way that suggests we made or endorse something we didn't.
Using the site
Don't misuse it: no fake signups, scraping, attacks or anything illegal.
Links
We link to other sites (like social media). We don't control them and aren't responsible for them.
No guarantees
The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and running but can't promise it always will be. To the extent the law allows, NOVA isn't liable for indirect or incidental losses from using the site.
Virginia law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
